Great service, Matt was patient and a gentleman. Love my Volvo. Entire operation was well run and professional. Great selection of cars and trucks all priced to sell. Matt even provided us with options for lunch locally. Truthfully the entire process was as painless as could be. In and out in just about an hour or so. Thank you so much and we'll be back for our next purchase.

Had the truck we were interested in so we rode Bart to San Leandro and they made it all go smoothly and drove home in our new to us truck the same day .I highly recommend if your looking for a quality used vehicle to check this place first to see if they have what your looking for .they sell truck boxes and canopies as well .

Almost at a glitch towards the end of our purchase, Brian was very capable of working with the Lender Rep in completing the final step of our purchase! Very helpful and dedicated sales person.

Did everything they could to finance me. I did not have enough down-payment. First thing they asked if I was going to finance and my credit history. I shared that I have good credit and I want to see the vehicle. They said to look at other vehicles as well however I drove 3 hours for a specific truck. As they saw my interest in the vehicle they asked if I wanted to test drive it. They are not the type to waste people's time. They are experts and will get you financed. If your looking to cruise around and waste time. This is not your dealership. Very professional amd direct approach. I appreciate that. I hope they have a similar truck in their lot in the future. Next time I WILL come better prepared with a check from my bank and a down payment. I am still thinking about the truck. 😅🤣😂 Great inventory. Trust them. They will try to get you there.

These guys are real gentlemen. Kind, respectful, straight forward. They stood back and allowed me the space to explore the vehicles answering my questions without pretense or manipulation providing a sense of trust, knowledgeable professional. Sold me a nice vehicle at a fair price.

Just received the photo calendar from the day I took home the 2012 Sierra. Just reminded me what an awesome transaction that was. Thank you again for all your work to get me financed.

The truck is still great and I've done a few things to it already (custom stereo system with touchscreen, rear camera integrated into the tailgate handle bezel, upgraded speakers and under-seat subs, upgraded LED headlights that mimic the newer Sierra models, bedrail caps, and new all-terrain tires). It's a great truck and I couldn't be happier. Just wanted to take the time to shoot you a note as a very satisfied customer.

My experience purchasing a car at Cal West Motors reinstalled my faith in good, honest and knowledgeable car dealerships. Brian at Cal West went above and beyond to make sure I was well informed on the history of the vehicle I decided to buy, made sure it was in excellent condition when purchased, and offered some of the best customer service I've experienced in awhile. I was without a car at the time and he provided pickup and drop off to the San Leandro bart, took me on a thorough test drive, set up all the backend admin work for owning and registering a new car, and was excellent communicating every step of the process. These guys are great. A family business run with pride. I'd recommend these guys to my best friends,

Armando - 1999 Ford F250 Super Duty Super Cab

Brian hooked me up there for my recent purchase of a 7.3 F-250. The truck is in great shape and came at a great price, and to be honest, looking around, there wasn't a bad vehicle on the lot. I thought they put a lot of effort into understanding what I was looking for and getting me the right vehicle to fit my needs. They let me test drive several vehicles and they knew a lot about the specific makes and models. I would definitely suggest giving them a visit and talking to them when looking for a vehicle!

Junior - 2010 Jeep Commander

Let start by saying Matt was awesome! Ok so i started my day looking at SUVs online. I find a gorgeous Jeep with every option i was looking for and an amazing price. I messaged calwest motors and waited for a reply. It didnt take them long to reply. I came in asked for matt. He let me test drive it, showed me all the bells and whistles it had. I was set. Mind made up and decided to take the truck home. I kid u not it took alot less time to buy this truck than any other vehicle ive bought. With his speedy customer service and knowledgeable answers i was in and out. I had 2 kids mind u and he went above and beyond to make my buying experiance a great one. I will definitely be recommending my family to buy from them.
