This was my 3rd dealership visit trying to find a reliable vehicle, as soon as I walked onto the lot Brian approached me and asked me what I needed and what I wanted. I needed a pickup and he walked me through every single one on the lot. Very polite and friendly staff and I ended up with the truck I needed. When I buy my another vehicle this will be the lot I check first.

I recently bought a camper shell from Cal West, and the experience was fantastic. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, guiding me through the options without any pressure. The purchase process was smooth and efficient, and the quality of the camper shell exceeded the description. I highly recommend Cal West for their excellent service and great selection. Well I was a young mother they help me with my first car and the engine when out they put a brand new engine in the car and they didn't have to do that because I had the car for about thtrty days and it was as is. But it they fare.few years later I ended up totally that car out. Went to call told that I didn't have no money . But needed a car to get back and forth to work. He said go ahead and pick one. There really good guys. And I've been sending people to them every sent thanks guys. Thirty years ago 😁

Mathew was such a great help and so generous with his time and knowledge. I'm a late bloomer to car purchasing and Mathew took the time to educate me and walk me through the steps and although I have yet to purchase a car, I will certainly be back to visit Mathew and the Cal West lot.

Just received the photo calendar from the day I took home the 2012 Sierra. Just reminded me what an awesome transaction that was. Thank you again for all your work to get me financed.

The truck is still great and I've done a few things to it already (custom stereo system with touchscreen, rear camera integrated into the tailgate handle bezel, upgraded speakers and under-seat subs, upgraded LED headlights that mimic the newer Sierra models, bedrail caps, and new all-terrain tires). It's a great truck and I couldn't be happier. Just wanted to take the time to shoot you a note as a very satisfied customer.

Brian at Cal West went above and beyond to make sure I was well informed on the history of the vehicle I decided to buy, made sure it was in excellent condition when purchased, and offered some of the best customer service I've experienced in awhile. I was without a car at the time and he provided pickup and drop off to the San Leandro bart, took me on a thorough test drive, set up all the backend admin work for owning and registering a new car, and was excellent communicating every step of the process. Armando - 1999 Ford F250 Super Duty Super Cab

Brian hooked me up there for my recent purchase of a 7.3 F-250. The truck is in great shape and came at a great price, and to be honest, looking around, there wasn't a bad vehicle on the lot. I thought they put a lot of effort into understanding what I was looking for and getting me the right vehicle to fit my needs. They let me test drive several vehicles and they knew a lot about the specific makes and models. I would definitely suggest giving them a visit and talking to them when looking for a vehicle!

Junior - 2010 Jeep Commander

Let start by saying Matt was awesome! Ok so i started my day looking at SUVs online. I find a gorgeous Jeep with every option i was looking for and an amazing price. I messaged calwest motors and waited for a reply. It didnt take them long to reply. I came in asked for matt. He let me test drive it, showed me all the bells and whistles it had. I was set. Mind made up and decided to take the truck home. I kid u not it took alot less time to buy this truck than any other vehicle ive bought. With his speedy customer service and knowledgeable answers i was in and out. I had 2 kids mind u and he went above and beyond to make my buying experiance a great one. I will definitely be recommending my family to buy from them.
